Medium to low flame py tomatoes ko soft kar lein.
Jab tomatoes soft ho jaen tu adrak, lassan, pyaz and tomatoes ko oil ke sath hi blender jar mein dal ke achi trah blend kar ke aik paste bana lein.
Ab iss paste ko dubara pan mein transfer karein aur stove py rakh dein.
Ab iss mein salt, red chilli powder ayr haldi powder add karein.
Danya powder add karein r thora thora pani dal dal ke 5 to 8 minutes bhon lein iss masaly ko.
Ab iss mein yogurt add karein r phr achi tarh bhonai karein.
Ab hmara gravy masala tyar hai.
Iss mein fry kiye huay kofty add karein aur 3 sy 4 minutes bhon lein(bhonty huay buht zaida chamach na hilaen)
Ab iss mein pani add kar dein. Aur cover kar medium flame py pakny dein(ap jitni thick gravy pasand krty hain utni rakh lein)
